Rakbar Khan alias Akbar was transporting two cows on foot along with Aslam Khan, when they were allegedly stopped by the mob of villagers and Gau-Rakshaks in Lalawandi, under the jurisdiction of the Ramgarh police station Rajasthan. While Rakbar was caught by the mob, Aslam managed to escape.
