Unable to come to terms with marriage of Muslim girl with a Hindu, the girl's family ambushed the couple and killed off Nargis while husband Ram Kishor was seriously injured.
The family, specially her brother Gulsher, was nursing grudge ever since Nargis married Ram Kishor out of love. To stay safe, the couple left the area for an year and had a daughter born to them. Despite the period, the couple was not left alone and in execution style, Nargis was killed off with bullet to her head while Ram Kishor is critically injured with bullet wounds.
